| Personal History | Alexi was born shortly after her mother’s ship crash landed near a remote terra-forming colony. Her mother, Dena Contral, was mortally injured. The colony did not have the medical skills or equipment to save her. Dena survived 2 days after the crash. Long enough to bring her daughter into the world and name her Alexi. Dena told the farmers that her child was part Vulcan and the father was stationed on a ship but did not know about the child. With so little information to go on it was impossible to determine who the father could be so Alexi was placed with a young couple, James and Mallory Michelle. After a couple of years they were given permission to adopt her. Alexi had a good childhood but it was apparent from the beginning that terra-forming was not for her. Alexi had a knack for finding trouble. She would often visit the constabulary’s office and try to ‘help’ him keep the peace. When Alexi was about 9 years of age it was decided that the colony just was not enough for Alexi's insatiable inquisitiveness. So the Michelle family packed up and returned to earth in the hopes of finding a better outlet for Alexi’s talents. Alexi came to the notice of recruiters for the academy when she was about 16. Upon finishing her second year of High school she was transferred to the academy. |
